- GTM Strategy & Planning
- Own and evolve the territory design process from planning to execution
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to support quota setting and capacity planning aligned to company growth targets.
- Systems & Process
- Lead strategic scoping and documentation of process improvements (SFDC and other tools)
- Partner with GTM systems teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of sales process bottlenecks and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing sales process bottlenecks through AI
- Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks in Salesforce and Looker to measure rep performance, pipeline health, and business KPIs.
- Drive ad-hoc analysis and recurring reporting packages to support leadership decision-making.
- Help develop and optimize our forecasting framework/process from rep to leadership level
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Strategic Finance, or related roles in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong experience with Salesforce and Looker (or similar BI tools); ability to scope and QA complex reporting requirements.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with large datasets; advanced Excel / Google Sheets required, SQL a plus but not required
- Experience automating sales process through AI applications
- Deep understanding of GTM motions and B2B sales processes. PLG experience is a plus
- Experience owning territory design, quota setting, or comp planning preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance.
- Self-starter with strong business acumen who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
