Full-time
At BioRender, we’re on a mission to accelerate the world’s ability to learn, discover, and communicate science — transforming how knowledge is shared and making science open, collaborative, and easily understandable by all.
We’re shaping the future of science communication and are looking for talented individuals to help bring this vision to life! 🚀
We're looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer to automate and scale BioRender’s go-to-market engine. You’ll build AI-driven systems that streamline prospecting, enrichment, outreach, and more.
This is a high-impact role for someone excited about leveraging AI, data, and automation to build scalable GTM infrastructure. You’ll partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to increase pipeline generation, conversion, and GTM efficiency.
If you're energized by building high-leverage systems, experimenting with the latest in AI, and have experience working in or supporting PLG businesses, we’d love to meet you.
What you'll be doing
- Systematize and automate GTM workflows: Build scalable, AI-powered processes to streamline outreach, routing, and enrichment across the funnel.
- Leverage tools like Clay, Zapier, and AI automation platforms to connect data, personalize outreach at scale, and eliminate manual work.
- Run data-driven GTM experiments – Identify and test new strategies for customer acquisition, activation, and pipeline growth through rigorous experimentation and iteration
- Own GTM analytics for the systems you build—track performance, run cohort analyses, and iterate based on impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to identify inefficiencies, run experiments, and scale what works.
What you bring to the table
- 2–5+ years of experience in a GTM, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations role with a technical focus
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools like Clay, Salesforce, Zapier, Outreach, Hightouch or similar.
- Strong Technical skills and proven ability to use AI and automation to streamline GTM processes and drive measurable results.
- Systems thinker with a structured, process-driven mindset and a love for experimentation.
- Strong business acumen paired with analytical skills—you can break down a funnel and find leverage points to improve efficiency and effectively communicate those findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) motions in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-trust environment. High level of curiosity.
Why join us?
- We are mission-driven: we work collaboratively towards our shared vision of improving scientific communication and accelerating scientific discovery. BioRender figures have appeared in more than 54,000 publications!
- BioRender is loved by millions! We have a world-class NPS and a community of loyal fans and users in 200+ countries!
- Our company is backed by top investors and accelerators like Y Combinator, and we are on a growth trajectory comparable to many top-performing SaaS companies
- We’re remote-first with team members across Canada and the U.S., offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
