We are hiring a Director of Acquisition and Revenue Marketing to join our young, fast-growing company on our mission to help scientists create and share beautiful, professional scientific figures.
The Director of Acquisition and Revenue Marketing will lead the development of BioRender’s acquisition strategy. They will be responsible for identifying new acquisition channels, tools, and partners to generate new user signups. The Director of Acquisition and Revenue Marketing will own both self-serve user acquisition and lead generation efforts, initiatives, and campaigns to meet acquisition, pipeline and revenue goals. They will oversee conversion rate optimization of for signups, integrated marketing campaigns, management of the advertising budget, and customer lifecycle marketing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and manage self-serve user acquisition campaigns across all of BioRender’s existing and new digital channels to meet quarterly new user acquisition goals.
  • Evolve owned digital channels including, SEO, email, social, paid advertising, and user monetization, to meet pipeline, revenue and acquisition objectives for both new visitors and conversion goals.
  • Partner with Growth teams on self-serve campaigns and product-led growth initiatives to increase conversion of free users to trials and paid plans.
  • Create testing, reporting, optimization plans for existing channels and establish future goals, KPIs, and opportunities that will inform new strategies to improve followers and engagement.
  • Develop a personalization and optimization strategy for engaging and converting visitors from target accounts to leads and pipeline and establish quarterly objectives.

What you bring to the table:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience managing multiple functional roles within Marketing, such as web, digital, creative, growth marketing, paid advertising, with at least 2 years at a Director level
  • Experience working at a high-growth product-led SaaS company, managing campaigns from inception through business outcomes, revenue and ROI reporting
  • Experience with strategy, development and execution of GTM and product launch strategies
  • Advanced understanding of marketing program management tools, processes, and reporting, including hands-on experience working with Google Analytics, Salesforce, and 6Sense (or similar ABM platform)
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with departments, specifically onboarding and growth teams
  • Background in Science is a plus
