As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you will create and support a world-class onboarding program that ensures all new revenue team members (Sales, Customer Success) have the fundamental skills and knowledge required to be proficient in their roles. This will require partnering with Sales and Customer Success leadership to equip our revenue teams with the processes, tools, and information they need to be successful. In addition to the onboarding program, you will lead ongoing enablement programs to develop best-in-class Sales and CS skills and playbooks, and improve the effectiveness and productivity of our Revenue teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new or updated training materials; related to both team playbooks and revenue-focused technologies
  • Create and conduct onboarding and sales playbook certification programs for Account Executives, Business Development Reps and Customer Success Managers to maintain a high standard of performance across our revenue teams.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to design, build and maintain customer-facing sales assets to continuously arm our revenue teams with the information (e.g. narratives, pitch decks) they need to be successful at each stage of the sales cycle
  • Own the annual training calendar: partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to strategically plan and allocate training capacity around key milestones (e.g. hiring cohorts, external product launches, internal tools launches, etc.)
  • Establish and evaluate learning metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and outcomes (with a focus on productivity and business outcomes, as well as end-user NPS).
  • Evaluate and oversee the adoption of potential learning systems as needed.

What you bring to the table:

  • A proven track record of 3+ years in enabling revenue teams (GTM/Sales/Customer Success) and leading learning initiatives in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrable experience partnering with GTM leaders to strategize and develop revenue enablement assets and training curriculum
  • Passion for sales and empowering others to succeed
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant sales enablement technologies and processes (i.e. Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator)
  • Strong communication skills; interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Prior experience in Sales or Customer Success is a plus
  • Experience in procuring and adoption of a LMS system is a plus
