As we scale up, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Specialist to lead KPI management, own FG logistics and support service triage. This role plays a key part in defining operational growth models and driving business performance.
Responsibilities:
Service Triage Support:
- Triage work orders to USA and international partners, technicians and customers.
- Clearly communicate work schedules to all invested parties (partners, technicians and customers).
- Develop and implement service support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
Finished Goods Logistics:
- Create shipping labels and custom invoices for all outbound and inbound FG
- Upload FG order to the shipment tracking system
- Oversee and manage FG and operations logistics
- Provide logistics decision support
- Implement and maintain best practices for supply chain management
KPI management:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform cost and performance analysis of production, service and inventory
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve efficiency
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization
- Ad/hoc and monthly reports and analysis
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent team management abilities.
- Proven ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operations management software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems, ERP systems, and other operational tools is a plus
- Expert user of Tableau
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, capable of working across departments to achieve shared goals.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Required).
- 4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or service support management.
Is BinSentry Remote?
This role requires three days per week in the Kitchener, Ontario office.
