As we scale up, we're looking for an Operations Associate to support work order management, supply chain tracking, shipping/receiving of FG, and inventory analysis. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, finance, customer success, and sales, to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service management:
    • Create, delegate, review and approve service work orders
  • Manage service issue tracker and flag exceptions for virtual corrections
  • Support supply chain by managing components min-max tracking (including consumables)
  • Create shipping labels and custom invoices for all outbound and inbound FG (UPS)
  • Own Odoo receiving (from carrier to MRP)
  • Verify supplier invoices against received parts
  • Create, update, and manage Tableau dashboards and ad hoc reports as required
  • Conduct analysis on performance and outcomes under the direction of the Senior Manager of Fulfillment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 1 year of project management or relevant leadership experience
  • 2+ years of experience using Tableau
  • Supply chain experience is an asset
