As our newest Account manager you will be responsible for handling sales and lead generation via phone and email to potential new customers in Denmark and you will be the first point of contact in the Sales Department for our small and medium size customers in Denmark.
We are mainly using online tools and telephone to reach out to both existing and new potential clients, and to answer incoming questions regarding our solutions. It is a dynamic position for which we expect you to be motivated and driven.
You will be part of the sales team responsible for strengthening our position as one of the fastest growing telematics companies in the world. You will be actively coached, and together we are constantly looking for ways to increase sales and provide excellent service to our clients.
We do not expect you to have a background in sales but must have the right mindset and skills to grow and be successful within the position.
Your responsibilities:
- Daily communication with existing customers
- Reaching out via phone and email to potential new customers
- Generating leads for the Regional Sales Managers
- Handling inbound phone calls and online requests regarding product information
We’re looking for:
- Experience in customer acquisition and retention
- Ability to set goals, forecast and close sales
- Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail to ensure proper upkeep of all data received
- Self-motivated, well-organized, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
- Multi-tasking strengths to respond to a variety of requests for information
- Strong team player skills and customer-focused approach
- Fast learner with IT and technical interest
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
