Dutch Speaking Customer Delivery Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Delivery Benelux, Scandinavia, the Customer Delivery Specialist will deliver service and support to customers in Benelux. The Customer Service Specialist will be involved with customers via different channels to ensure the timely process and delivery of orders.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing all order and customer related data in database
  • Creating and processing all orders for existing customers
  • Evaluates and Analyzes Customer needs
  • Promotes Customer Loyalty
  • Managing the sales operations, fulfilment, and dispatch mailboxes
  • Handling incoming phone calls
  • Engaging with local installers
  • Coordinating installations with end customers
  • Validating installation related data and securing registration in the system
  • Dispatching incoming installations
  • Maintaining great relationships with Sales, Tech Support and Hardware team
  • Engaging with Telecommunication providers and managing sim card platforms

We’re looking for:

  • Native in Dutch and fluency in English
  • Any other European language skills are an advantage, preferable French
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details to ensure proper upkeep of all data received
  • Self-motivation
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are a "must"
  • Analytical skills to assess information, identify implications and develop logical recommendations
  • Insight and prioritizing skills to address multiple and conflicting tasks
  • Multi-tasking strengths to respond to a variety of requests for information and assistance
  • Strong team player skills and customer-focused approach
  • Fast learner with IT and technical interest
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office O365
  • Preferably knowledge of SalesForce
