Job Description: BicDroid is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Waterloo, Ontario to take our cybersecurity products to the next level. We have an opening for a business development specialist to expand the reach of our products, with a focus on QWS. Help develop marketing and sales strategies for QWS and other products and explore strategic business opportunities and partnerships.Key Accountabilities:- Develop marketing strategy and lead outbound marketing (emphasis on QWS).- Gather/analyze market trends; differentiate products and convey unique value.- Identify and develop business opportunities; build strategic customer/business partnerships.- Develop strategic sales plan; highlight effective sales tools and key value propositions.- Secure new customers/channel partners; manage relationships.- Plan launches of new products/releases and manage cross-functional execution.Required Competencies:- Successful software business development track record; strong communication, people/management, analytic, and time management/prioritization skills; cybersecurity/IT familiarity a plus.Education: Minimum post-secondary in business/marketing/management (MBA preferred).Job Type: Full-timeClosing date: July 17, 2020
