We are seeking an experienced, energetic, team-oriented and solutions-focused Business Partner to join our People Team. The successful candidate will be known as a trusted partner to Benevity-ites with strong business acumen and HR experience. This role is designed for someone with a relentless client, people and culture focus that enjoys a fast-paced (seriously fast-paced) environment and is keen to be part of growing a great business.

What you’ll do:

  • Utilize solid business and people acumen and practical experience to dig deeply into issues and develop fit-for-purpose solutions that build culture and drive high performance
  • Recommend and influence creative and practical solutions to complex situations, even ones that you have not encountered before
  • Build and cultivate positive, trust-based working relationships across the business at all levels and with People Team colleagues
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for your work, be a creative problem solver, and a role model of organizational values and time management skills
  • Influence the design and continuous improvement of People and Talent programs, contributing your deep understanding of client needs and priorities
  • Support business teams to execute People Programs such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Compensation
  • Promote, educate, and support our Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and conduct investigations as needed in a practical, expedient, and discreet manner

  • Use sound judgment, business acumen and practical experience to guide recommendations
  • Ability to influence — makes data-driven recommendations and can present complex information to leaders in a clear and compelling way
  • Ability to engage in challenging conversations with clarity and conviction
