Joining the Nonprofit Relations team, you'll play a role in delivering exceptional support to our users, companies, and nonprofits. Following initial training, you'll collaborate closely with the team throughout all stages of nonprofit engagement. Your responsibilities will include facilitating volunteer connections, providing nonprofit network reports, and curating support kits for crises and campaigns.

What you'll do:

Among other tasks you could be involved in the following activities:

  • Facilitating connections between companies, employees, and nonprofit organizations
  • Supporting and coordinating events such as field volunteering, fundraising, and collections
  • Innovating engagement strategies to enhance user interaction on our platform
  • Crafting compelling content for crisis response and awareness campaigns, such as International Women's Day
  • Developing custom lists to align client support with their values and campaigns
  • Assisting client programs and internal stakeholders with comprehensive reports on Benevity's nonprofit network and initiatives
  • Creating tailored documentation and presentations as needed
  • Providing responsive product support and incorporating user feedback to enhance our services
  • Collaborating with management to brainstorm innovative solutions and initiatives

What you'll bring:

  • Have or be actively pursuing a Bachelor/Master’s degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations or a related field (Grads or students - a learning agreement from your university is required)
  • Native proficiency in French and excellent written English; additional languages are a plus
  • Near completion of Bachelor's/Master's studies; potential for continued employment post-internship
  • Comfort with cold calling and adeptness at persuasive communication
  • Methodical, organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
  • Proactive and dedicated, with a strong initiative and commitment to excellence
  • Passion for learning and professional growth, with a keen interest in people, empathy, active listening, and advisory skills, while maintaining a strong business vision
