To join our growing team, we’re currently looking for a Business Development Representative based in Barcelona.
As a Business Development Representative at Benevity, you'll be instrumental in broadening our influence and reach. Your responsibilities will include using a variety of tools to identify and qualify leads, engaging with potential clients through emails, cold calls, and social media, and showcasing the unique benefits of Benevity's solutions. You'll be at the forefront of devising and implementing creative strategies that enhance our offerings and foster significant social change.
We seek someone with experience in business development or sales, a keen interest in the tech industry, and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with others to share our vision. What you'll do:
You'll play a key role in growing our network of nonprofit partners and clients. After an initial training period, your primary goal will be to broaden our reach across various regions.
- Identifying and engaging with potential prospects using a variety of tools and resources
- Qualifying and reaching out to new leads in both companies through email, cold calls, and social media
- Showcasing the benefits of the solution in presentations
- Collaborating on innovative ideas to enhance our services in Employee Volunteering, Corporate Giving, and Impact Reporting
What you'll bring:
- Have a proven track record as Business/Sales Development Representative, or a similar sales role, a passion for entrepreneurship and for reaching out to people to present a service/ product
- Experience or knowledge of UKI markets
- Be fluent in English. Any other language is a plus
- Have a bachelors degree in Management, Administration, Marketing, or similar
