As a Learning Program Manager with a focus on Leadership Development, you will play a crucial role in shaping Benevity’s leadership capabilities and culture. You will be responsible for designing, delivering and managing comprehensive leadership programs aimed at developing our current and future leaders. This role requires a strategic mindset paired with strong execution skills, the ability to innovate, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do:
- Develop a deep understanding of Benevity’s culture, business, and priorities. Execute a leadership curriculum that aligns with those
- Design and deliver engaging leadership workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs
- Identify the key focus areas for leadership development, design programs to address skill gaps and nurture the leadership competencies within our “B a Leader” model
- Ensure leadership programs integrate and support all People Programs and initiatives (e.g. onboarding, performance management, engagement, etc.)
- Partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful leadership programs
- Ensure that program content and methodologies scale globally
- Design globally-scalable program content and methodologies for maximum reach
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with leaders across Benevity, our People Business Partner team, and key stakeholders to gain support, sponsorship, and active participation in the leadership programs
- Oversee program delivery from start to finish including planning, scheduling, logistics, working within our LMS, and facilitation
- Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of leadership programs
- Continually refine and enhance programs based on participant feedback and emerging leadership development trends
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote leadership programs and drive program participation.
What you’ll bring:
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience designing leadership development strategy and curriculum tailored to business requirements
- Certification in Insights, Fierce Conversations, DDI, Situational Leadership and/or other leadership models
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive program improvements
- Knowledge of best practices in adult learning principles and leadership development methodologies
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other technology tools for program delivery and evaluation
