Our GTM Enablement team plays a pivotal role in ensuring our GTM teams are educated, engaged, and equipped to enhance sales results and productivity, ultimately driving accelerated revenue.

The GTM Enablement Advisor is a strategic role designed to enhance the effectiveness of our GTM enablement strategies through the development and delivery of comprehensive training and enablement programs. This role is focused on implementing, and enhancing a wide range of training and educational initiatives specifically designed for our Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and implement scalable strategies to empower sales, minimize ramp-up time, and bolster product proficiency
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Benevity's product range, market dynamics, and competitors to enrich enablement initiatives
  • Partner with diverse teams to pinpoint training requirements and develop inclusive, compelling, and current training materials
  • Conduct interactive training sessions and webinars for internal teams, adapting content and delivery to diverse audiences
  • Assess enablement program efficacy using metrics and feedback loops, refining strategies to optimize results

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in sales training/enablement or similar role, preferably in software/tech
  • Proven success in developing and implementing effective enablement programs
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members, cultivating growth, collaboration, and excellence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with proactive problem-solving and process optimization skills
