Seeking a Director, Technical Program Management to develop product operations and enablement in a dynamic SaaS setting. Your role involves collaborating with the CTO, CPO, and leadership to refine processes and deliver the support needed for an exceptional Product and Technology organization. Reporting to the Vice-President of Technology Operations, you'll also be a vital part of the Product team, contributing to our goal of redefining business engagement with employees, customers, and communities through a shared purpose.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to refine strategy, PDLC, operating rhythm, and readiness for engagements
  • Lead strategic direction for Technical Project Management and Product Operations
  • Ensure alignment within PDLC across Product Management, Design, Marketing, DevOps, Integration, and Engineering
  • Establish onboarding and development opportunities for team empowerment
  • Create and maintain metrics and dashboards for product management and delivery insights
  • Maintain the System of Record for intake, business cases, decisions, prioritization, and ongoing projects
  • Prepare assets for both internal and external audiences

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field
  • 10+ years in technical product/program management, training, project management; enterprise client experience preferred
  • 5+ years leading complex teams and functions
  • Expert in product process excellence and learning
  • Skilled in gaining trust from technical engineering and product teams
  • Experienced in mature collaborative work environments
  • Passionate about Benevity's mission
