To grow our team, we’re looking for a SUPER INTERN, supporting the team in many different areas.
Key Responsibilities
After initial training, your main objectives will be to support the Customer Success (CS) team in creating a wonderful experience for our users and companies. You will work hand in hand with Customer Success Manager (CSM) during all the lifecycle stages of our clients.
No, you’ll not be doing coffee runs and making photocopies. You will work like every one of us, with clear objectives, milestones and deadlines.
Among other tasks you could be involved in the following activities:
- Help defining a roadmap with clients and set metrics to ensure the partnership is a success
- Help companies to launch Alaya internally
- Support and facilitate events such as field volunteering, fundraising and collections
- Find creative ways to boost the engagement of users on the platform
- Provide product support
- Take feedback from users to improve our service
- Brainstorm new solutions and services together with the management team
Who we are looking for:
You will be expected to take responsibilities by learning and proposing new solutions and alternatives to the team. You will be part of a young and motivated group of people who are passionate about making a difference in the world. - You DON’T NEED PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE!
- A bachelor’s degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations or a related field.
- Excellent English proficiency, especially written. Any other languages are a plus.
- You are confident, you enjoy and thrive in a working environment with a lot of people to be regularly in touch with.
- You are rigorous and pay great attention to details.
Also:
- Ability to do a 6 months Learning Agreement starting in June
- Full-time: Monday to Friday (30h-40h/weekly)
- Based in Barcelona (or open to relocate)
