About the role
Despite our powerful, unique capabilities used by hundreds of firms, we are somewhat of a hidden gem. We shouldn’t be the best kept secret in resource management, and that’s where you come in!
We need a hands-on B2B SaaS marketing manager to get the word out there, creating compelling content and campaigns to engage enterprise audiences, build pipeline, and elevate our global presence.
We are a fast-moving company working towards ambitious goals, so you have a lot of scope to shape our marketing strategies.
Initial responsibilities include:
- Database management: Use scraping, automation, and data tools to clean, build and maintain HubSpot database accuracy for effective outbound marketing and reporting
- Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to define segments and content themes for lead generation and nurture campaigns
- Outbound Execution: Build and execute multi-channel campaign plans (e.g email, LinkedIn) that initiate and support lengthy sales cycles at enterprise-sized firms.
- Content Creation: Use approved messaging frameworks to produce and publish content, such as blog posts, emails, LinkedIn posts, and customer success stories.
- Website management: Maintain and improve the website with conversion optimization in mind
- Innovation autonomy: Experiment with videos, podcasts, webinars and other formats to raise awareness of Beeye and generate new inquiries
- Data-driven Testing: Continuously test and iterate channels, personas, formats etc. and suggest improvements, then publish playbooks that allow us to scale successes.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team with pre, during, and post event outreach and marketing activities to maximize ROI of event and partner investments.
- Market knowledge: Stay abreast of accounting and resource management trends and regulations, tying these back to content and campaigns that demonstrate our value to customers.
What you bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing function generating 5-6 figure ARR deals for a B2B sales-led (rather than PLG) software company
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with marketing automation, website CMS, and CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Proven ability to use AI and other marketing tools to maximize productivity and quality
- Data-driven and analytical, with a test and iterate mindset
- Focused, proactive, and organized, able to prioritize tasks in-line with company goals
- Adaptable writing style for tailoring content to different segments, personas, formats, and objectives.
- Seeks feedback and collaboration with a growth mindset
- Fluent in English; conversational French and other languages a plus
Bonus if you have:
- Previously contributed to a start-up to scale-up SaaS journey
- Experience marketing to key personas in accounting firms
- Knowledge of resource management in professional services firms
- Skills with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Canva
