🌟 As we navigate our rapid international expansion and cater to the increasing demand from accounting firms, we are on the lookout for our Head of sales & Customer Success to steer our Scale-up B2B SaaS towards greater heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and grow the sales, marketing, and customer success teams, currently comprising 7 people based in the UK, US, Canada, and France.
  • Lead and optimize our go-to-market strategies to expand market share and customer base, focusing on our hottest markets in Europe, UK, US, and South Africa.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction through innovative sales tactics and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue goals.
  • Leverage existing strategic partnerships with top networks and associations to grow our go-to-market strategy, while exploring and establishing new ones.
  • Actively involve in operational sales activities, working hands-on to close deals and drive business growth.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance Beeye's market presence.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales & CS leadership within the B2B SaaS industry with deep knowledge and prior experience in the accounting market.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and analytics.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to create actionable sales plans.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English is mandatory, with French being a plus.
  • Experience in managing and scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with PSA, workforce management, or scheduling software is highly desirable.
