🌟 In light of our rapid international expansion and the growing demand from accounting firms, we are actively seeking a Senior Implementation (Project Manager) & Customer Success Manager.
This vital role is central to our mission, steering smooth project implementation and fostering enduring relationships for growth in the accounting sector. Responsibilities include smooth project implementation, customer engagement, strategic account management, and driving revenue initiatives. With a deep understanding of the accounting sector and a logical, Cartesian approach, the ideal candidate will adeptly grasp technical issues and devise effective solutions with Beeye, ensuring the seamless adoption of our solutions and fueling client success and our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tailored training sessions and in-depth consultations, leveraging strong project management skills and exceptional communication abilities to set the stage for successful solution implementation
- Efficiently roll out Beeye solutions, tapping into a profound understanding of B2B SaaS workforce management, scheduling, staffing, and time management, ensuring they meet the nuanced needs of auditing/accounting firms
- Maintain a client-centric focus, swiftly addressing needs and utilizing feedback to continuously enhance Beeye's products, services, and overall customer experience
- Capitalize on established client relationships and project successes to drive business growth through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and by securing referrals, underpinned by a growth-oriented mindset and deep industry knowledge
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in English; conversational French is a plus
- Profound understanding of auditing/accounting firm operations
- Well-versed in B2B SaaS workforce management, encompassing scheduling, staffing, and time management
- Skilled at leading effective training sessions, complemented by exceptional communication abilities
- Demonstrates strong project management skills, employing a logical, Cartesian approach to adeptly tackle technical challenges and craft effective solutions
- Embraces a growth-oriented mindset, capitalizing on client satisfaction and successful project outcomes to encourage cross-selling, upselling, and garner referrals, thereby nurturing business expansion and cultivating customer loyalty
