Who We Are
Beauceron Security Inc. is a growing cybersecurity awareness and behavior change company. We build tools that help organizations reduce real world cyber risk by changing how their people recognize and respond to threats.
We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our product team. You'll work alongside our Senior Product Analyst and Director of Product to design, define, and ship features that solve real customer problems — partnering with go-to-market on discovery, with development on delivery, and guiding the design quality and standards work that keeps the product coherent as it grows.
This role is hybrid by design. You'll bring a UX (user experience) background and use it daily — but you'll also write requirements, run UAT (user acceptance testing), audit work against standards, and operate as a generalist across the product lifecycle. If you're a designer who's grown into broader product work, or someone who's actively moved to AI-augmented design workflows, this might be the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Shape the design and prototype features using AI-augmented design and code tooling
- Develop thorough product specifications using business analysis frameworks, including use cases, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and process diagrams
- Make trade-off decisions within systems, balancing technical constraints, user experience, and business requirements to gather a clear and precise understanding of the business context driving the change
- Run user acceptance testing on assigned features, with particular attention to design fidelity, usability, and accessibility
- Audit in-progress and shipped work against design, accessibility, and requirements standards
- Contribute to Beauceron's design system and standards, proposing and documenting new UX patterns when needed
- Work closely with development to deliver meaningful business outcomes — maintain business context, answer questions during build, and adapt designs when technical constraints require trade-offs
- Work with executive sponsors to understand the product vision, close feedback loops and maintain alignment
- Analyze post-release performance using qualitative feedback and product analytics, surfacing what's working and what isn't
- Stay current on UX, accessibility, and design system best practices, bringing external benchmarks into team decisions
- Formal education in UX, product design, or related design discipline; or equivalent self-taught depth demonstrated through portfolio
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UX fundamentals — information architecture, hierarchy, interaction patterns, attention to detail, accessibility-aware decisions
- 2–4 years of professional experience in UX, product design, or related cross-functional roles
- Comfort with AI-augmented design and prototyping workflows
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Initiative, curiosity, critical thinking
- Experience with AI-native tooling (Claude Code/Design)
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, or other product requirements
- Experience with SaaS product design
- Experience supporting customer discovery and stakeholder presentations
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or later)
- You’re excited by the opportunity to have ownership over a role and grow with a company.
- We're a small, tight-knit group that works closely together.
- We offer excellent health and dental benefits that start on your first day of work.
- You’ll have a Health Spending Account and a Personal Wellness Account that refresh annually.
- Access to Online Doctors is included with our benefits plan.
- An Employee and Family Assistant Program (EFAP) is available 24/7 to provide wellbeing support to you and your family.
- We offer an RRSP matching program right from your start date.
- We maintain a training budget that every employee can apply to use for external training and professional development opportunities.
- Virtual and in person social events planned for our team to enjoy throughout the year.
- Free on-site parking you can reserve.
- Flexibility to work remotely or in the office!
