The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across campaigns, content, events, and partner initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who loves keeping marketing engines running smoothly, and takes pride in ensuring every campaign, asset, and event is delivered on time with consistency and care.

What you’ll do

• Marketing materials. Assist in creating and updating marketing materials (emails, blog posts, one‑pagers, presentations, graphics), ensuring they are accurate, on-brand, up-to-date, and readily available.
• Marketing campaigns. Support the creation, execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and events.
• Events. Coordinate logistics and provide support and merchandise for marketing events (webinars, trade shows, fireside chats, lunch-and-learns).
• HubSpot. Manage nurturing campaigns for warm leads and maintain mailing lists in HubSpot.
• Performance reporting. Track basic performance metrics (email engagement, registrations, website updates) and compile reports and summaries for the Marketing Manager.

What Success Looks Like

• 3 months: You’ve learned our tools, processes, and brand voice. You’re confidently managing content and social media calendars, generating initial email and content drafts, supporting campaigns, and keeping deliverables on track.
• 6 months: You’re independently coordinating events, producing polished marketing assets, and contributing to smoother campaign execution.
• 12 months: You’re a central hub for marketing operations — improving workflows, strengthening partner and sales enablement, and helping drive measurable engagement across channels.

What You Bring

You may be a strong candidate if you have:

• Experience in a marketing coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
• Ability to create and edit marketing content across formats.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and basic analytics.
• Comfort supporting events, webinars, and partner activities.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• An eye for detail and commitment to brand consistency.
• Basic graphic editing skills for simple marketing assets.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow within a marketing team.
