The Associate Business Operations Manager is an impactful collaborator within the Group Business Operations team, which is responsible for ensuring that day to day operations are executed effectively and long term strategy is achieved.
This is an 18-month fixed-term role, ideal for someone excited to make an immediate impact and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support operational excellence throughout the business, assisting in executing operational and strategic initiatives and helping set and achieve short- and long-term goals
  • Gather requirements from functional teams and other stakeholders, identifying challenges and opportunities for operational efficiencies; and create project documentation for various cross-functional initiatives
  • Collaborate frequently with the Legal, Procurement, and Finance Transformation Teams, including engaging in projects related to insurances, procurement, and process optimisation
  • Evaluate and monitor internal processes, ensuring smooth running operations and finding opportunities for optimization
  • Make a tangible impact on the organization as an excellent generalist, tackling anything and everything to help the company improve and grow
  • Embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion through prioritization of supporting initiatives and imbedding awareness as part of team culture

What you need to be successful

  • 1-2 years experience, ideally in an operational role
  • Excellent communication skills in English required, German language skills are a bonus
  • Strong tendencies toward innovation and problem solving
  • Ability to participate in cross-functional teams and maintain productive working relationships
  • Ability to quickly change context and focus for a wide range of topics, determine priorities, and set deadlines independently
  • Analytical and detail oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a high level of support and dependability
  • Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills
