We're seeking an experienced marketer to join our small but growing UK-based marketing team. You’ll be integral in helping us further grow and scale in this market and positioning Staffbase as the go-to supplier for our audiences' communication needs. You’ll be involved in both online and offline marketing activities and should be excited to roll your sleeves up.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to make a real impact in a fast growing business. This is a 13-month fixed term contract.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with the local Go To Market team to develop and activate the strategic marketing plans, with a focus on driving new business demand with large and mid-market enterprises in the region
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals
  • Analysing trends and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Develop and deliver engaging event-based marketing programs
  • Working closely with global marketing teams to localise international campaigns and improve brand awareness
  • Work closely with our Performance Marketing specialists to help generate inbound opportunities
  • Work with our Content team to bring new ideas for valuable content that serve all stages of the sales funnel and important personas
  • Reporting on marketing performance and making recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing peers across the world to understand our market, buyer personas, key messaging and product offerings
  • Supporting a community of Internal Communications experts

What you need to be successful

  • Proven experience (ideally 3+ years) in a campaign manager, field marketing or digital marketing role, ideally in a fast-pacing B2B Tech or SaaS environment
  • Experienced building (Enterprise) marketing plans driven by content, field marketing, digital demand-generation, strategic events and data driven analytics
  • Marketing automation experience essential - ideally Hubspot
  • Experience of successfully managing in person events - own and third-party
  • Experience of managing integrated campaigns
  • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to write lively and engaging copy
  • Experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and social platforms
  • You are a highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
  • You are organised, have an exquisite attention to detail and love to work in a supportive and diverse and international team
