At Staffbase, you will have the opportunity to help redefine the importance and purpose of internal communications in the enterprise segment. Goodbye old clunky B2B user experience, hello intuitive & innovative B2B UX design.

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to drive innovation and contribute to strategic initiatives in one of our product streams.

The main focus of the role will be taking our Mission Control and Smart Impact products to the next level. There will also be opportunities to co-own and contribute to our more experimental concepts, such as Audience Intuition (patent pending) and Inspiration Intelligence AI.

This role will be reporting to a Design Manager. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll be doing

  • Co-own product discovery and influence product strategy while working closely with product managers, product researchers, and other stakeholders.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, concepts, and prototypes that communicate high-level functionality.
  • Write clear, concise, and conversational UX content, considering accessibility and inclusion.

What you need to be successful

  • Advocate for a design and product discovery process, from problem to solution, with a great command of research methods, interaction design, visual design, usability testing, and monitoring.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing resources and timelines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Strategic product thinking manifested in a strong understanding of business goals, global product strategy, and the key objectives for your product unit domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude with an eye on details and a mind for the bigger picture.
