The impact you'll have:
- Become a product expert in all things Axonify
- Assist in gathering prospect and customer needs and requirements through discovery phase conversations
- Provide pre-sales presentations to potential customers regarding products and services offered and their ability to satisfy organizational needs.
- Articulate and differentiate the value of Axonify’s offerings to different audiences
- Represent a disruptive technology in a largely addressable market
- Develop and enthusiastically deliver comprehensive and customized product presentations (on-site and virtual)
- Work with more senior colleagues to support follow up conversations and demonstrations with C-level executives and IT professionals
- Provide answers to technical questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal
- Support Sandbox evaluations by building out sandbox sites, providing overview of the site to the prospect evaluators, monitor progress and taking an active role in the summary data readback
- Partner with aligned Account Executives to develop strategies that overcome or eliminate obstacles
- Document and communicate product enhancement requests to relay to the product management team
- Grasp and explain core technical concepts such as authentication, various integration solutions, and data access methodologies to help shape customer solutions
- And of course, other duties to support Axonify and further build your skills
The things you bring:
- 1-2 years previous B2B technical sales experience preferably selling enterprise software solutions. Experience with other online learning platforms or human capital systems is desirable.
- Cloud based software exposure
- Technical aptitude in core software technology concepts like authentication, integrations through API, and data access solutions. A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills. Goal oriented, with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Have an eye for great design and have experience configuring software solutions to tell visually captivating stories.
- A resilient mindset that is able to learn concepts quickly, learn and implement new technology, and ability to evolve methodologies over time.
- Able to troubleshoot problems and take leadership over projects independently.
- Builds bridges among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Commitment to presenting and demonstrating our solution by traveling to customer locations within North America as required. Possess valid passport and ability to travel up to 50%.
