The Senior Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Axonify platform within our customers’ environment. They provide project management and consulting services for Axonify’s largest and most complex customers.
They will be able to translate business needs into a technology-based solution and have knowledge and experience managing enterprises through software implementation.
The scope of implementation activities includes enablement, consulting on a variety of topics including user experience, engagement, project management, and customer relationship management.
The impact you'll have:
- Act as a trusted advisor for the customer, gaining understanding of their business requirements and the problem they are trying to solve using the Axonify Platform.
- Concurrently manage a portfolio of complex implementations of the Axonify platform which span one or multiple lines of business and various verticals.
- Consult with the customer on how to best use the Axonify platform to strategically solve their business problem and achieve results.
- Lead customer through setup of Axonify tenant and ensure successful end to end implementation, including: technical setup (with authentication, user data and integrations); engagement strategy, launch planning and execution; user engagement strategies (including reward programs and gamification) and program configuration and consulting.
- Provide best practice solutions on implementation practices user experience in the Axonify platform.
- Partner with sales and the customer project manager to develop an executable plan that accounts for both functional and technical workstreams of the project.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and a commitment to quality and customer service are essential.
What you'll bring:
- Ability to understand and translate business needs into technology-based solutions
- Experience in eLearning, adult education or related qualifications an asset
- 5+ years of software implementation, preferably supporting large enterprises clients and complex solutions implementations
- Experience providing recommendations and guidance around implementation and software platform strategy within an eLearning or corporate communications/operations environment will be a plus
- Proven results in a consulting environment as a functional lead
- Experience and ability to deal with and resolve customer business issues
- Superior communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience engaging and communicating with stakeholders and subject matter experts within all levels of the customers business
