- Product Positioning and Messaging: Differentiate and elevate the Axonify solution with strong positioning and messaging that clearly articulates Axonify’s value proposition, as well as relevant customer stories
- New Product Go-to-Market: Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, development, customer experience and the product management team to flawlessly bring new products to market
- Product Release Process: Execute the launch of new features and releases both internally and externally to the market including leading the creation of launch plans encompassing distribution channels, promotional activities, and content creation strategies
- Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver product-related assets and training to support the success of the Axonify BDR, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams
- Content Development and Demand Generation: Support our industry product marketing and demand/programs teams to create and deliver product-related content (webinars, blogs, e-books, web content, customer stories, collateral etc.) to put our product into context for the people we serve, and increase Axonify's presence as a thought-leader within our target industries to support the buying process
- Competitive and Market Intelligence: Stay current on existing and emerging market trends and competitive pressures and determine how that affects positioning and messaging
- Analysts and Awards: Work with our industry demand, customer marketing and PR teams to identify and engage with industry associations, analysts, influencers and media agencies to track and submit Axonify applications for product reviews and awards
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of software marketing experience, ideally with a minimum of two years in a product marketing role
- Product marketing certification from PMA or other is an asset
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing funnel and how businesses purchase software
- Experience in the full-stack marketing mix including market/competitive assessment, content and digital marketing/demand generation and/or marketing/sales collateral development
- Ability to think strategically and roll up your sleeves to dig into the details
- Results-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle the pace, shifting priorities and multiple demands in a rapidly growing company and dynamically changing market
- Ability to influence and motivate all stakeholders to take action at any level both within and outside the organization
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences and delivering sales training sessions/webinars
- A self-starter who provides creative solutions to business challenges
- Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, where colleagues need to be supported, driven, and influenced to deliver business growth through new initiatives
