We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce and Systems Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in a SaaS and B2B environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong project management and change management skills, who can effectively communicate both written and verbally.
In partnership with our Business Operations System Manager, the Salesforce and Systems Specialist will manage Axonify’s business operations systems. This role involves identifying, recommending, and implementing solutions to drive the business forward. A key focus will be optimizing the Salesforce platform and integrated applications, along with other systems under the business operations umbrella, to meet Axonify's overall business needs. You will collaborate closely with the Business Operations Systems Manager and the Business Operations team to define requirements and customize applications to achieve business goals.

The impact you'll have:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert within Axonify for technical and operational matters regarding Salesforce and all tools used by revenue teams.
  • Administer Salesforce releases, users, workflows, and objects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on new system implementation, testing, training, and support.
  • Communicate changes in systems and processes, develop training materials, and provide training and troubleshooting for end users.
  • Contribute to comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, test plans, and user acceptance plans.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and configuration changes across the business operations tech stack.
  • Provide system support and training to the revenue team, ensuring effective utilization of the system.
  • Manage integrations with Salesforce and other systems and tools used by the revenue team (e.g., Marketo, 6sense, Gong, Seismic, Scratchpad).
  • Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow between systems.
  • Coordinate with other business units to provide support across the entire Axonify tech stack as it interacts with business operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce and other integrated systems.
  • Partner with business units in collaboration with your leader to plan and implement system changes within designated time and budget constraints.
  • Participate in projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project milestones are met.

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce in a SaaS and B2B environment
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of direct Salesforce admin experience
  • Proficient in Salesforce administration, including flows, automation, validation rules, and security settings
  • Ideal candidate has experience implementing a CPQ (configure, price, quote) tool
  • Strong preference for experience with Marketo
  • Exposure to other technologies used by revenue-facing teams, such as 6sense, Gong, Seismic, and Scratchpad
  • Understanding system integration and data management best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong change management skills to support transitions within the organization.
