- Create briefs and debriefs, ensuring all contributors are provided with the information they need to launch and optimize campaigns
- Identify segments and channels for the promotion of webinars, speaking engagements and other events
- Create UTMs (Urchin Tracking Module) to ensure all campaigns are tracked appropriately and accurately
- Act as a key point of contact for third-party vendors, ensuring deadlines, material submissions, and key updates are met
- Leverage a variety of tools in the marketing technology stack (i.e. Marketo, Sendoso, 6Sense, etc.) to understand lead journeys and create meaningful touch points that drive action
- Evaluate campaign performance and share insights with team members to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as BDR (Business Development Representatives) and sales teams, to deliver campaign updates and support content requests as needed, such as outreach snippets
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Customer Marketing, Community, Industry Program Managers and others to identify cross-collaboration opportunities
- Recommend customer stories and testimonial usage to support campaign initiatives across the marketing team
- Ensure the most relevant campaign activity is reflected in Asana and the marketing events calendar
- Support budget management by submitting POs (purchase orders) for approval and update the spend tracker
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in B2B (Business-to-Business) marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM (customer relationship management) software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and analyze the impact of customer advocacy initiatives
