We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Representative to take ownership of assigned accounts, create significant growth and move small to medium enterprises through the full sales cycle. As a key member of the Sales team, reporting to the Vice President, Europe, this role is responsible for finding, qualifying, building, developing prospects and closing business, within assigned accounts in the Axonify defined mid-market.
This role will create, identify and develop warm leads, create a buying vision, clearly articulate a value proposition and navigate to the decision making group within the account. The Mid-Market Account Representative will achieve goals defined within the assigned territory by establishing net new name accounts as per Axonify’s sales methodology and compensation plan.

The impact you'll have:

  • Take ownership of the defined mid-market territory and / or assigned account prospect list, create significant growth, and move small to medium enterprises through the full sales cycle
  • Present and demonstrate the Axonify solution to potential prospects via digital presentation or limited travel, if appropriate
  • Create value based commercial proposals for qualified prospects
  • Monitor competition and marketplace information
  • Maintain professional and product knowledge through ongoing training, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Assist with marketing campaigns such as trade shows, webinars, website visits and referral inquiriesManage the negotiation and contract process
  • Other duties as required

The things you bring:

  • 1-2 years previous sales experience selling enterprise software solutions
  • An entrepreneurial, creative self starter, ‘can-do’, ‘will-do’ mindset
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, be resilient, take ownership and be proactive
  • Ability to build your own active pipeline using the tools and resources provided by the business
  • Demonstrate experience using a solution selling approach selling SaaS software
  • A track record of over achievement and solution sales expertise in a comparable sales role or market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client relationships, prospecting and negotiation skills, with the ability to take a deal through to close
  • Territory management experience
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
