Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer who thrives on designing, integrating, and bringing humanoid robotic components to life. Your role will involve hands-on collaboration from the drawing board to the workshop, working closely with our manufacturing team to design, fabricate, assemble, and test cutting-edge robotic assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and integrate mechanical components for humanoid robotics

Collaborate closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to produce cohesive and robust humanoid robot designs

Participate directly in the fabrication, assembly, and testing phases of robotic systems

Organize and maintain clear, detailed CAD models and documentation

Perform and interpret FEA analysis for structural integrity and reliability
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 2 years of experience (recent graduates demonstrating exceptional knowledge, passion, and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply)

Proficiency in Fusion 360 or Inventor

Experience designing gear and motor systems

Ability to integrate electrical systems into mechanical assemblies

Exposure to manufacturing processes including CNC machining and 3D printing
Preferred Experience
(Not Required but Highly Valued):

Hands-on experience operating and programming CNC machines

Previous work in robotic systems

Detailed knowledge of harmonic, planetary, and cycloidal gear systems

Familiarity with IP ratings, shock/vibration testing, and environmental sealing

Practical experience with design validation testing and mechanical failure analysis
Portfolio Requirement:
A strong portfolio demonstrating significant contributions to previous mechanical or robotic projects is essential.
