About this role:

We are actively seeking an IT Specialist to join our dynamic IT Team at Avidbots Corp. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the efficiency of our IT systems, providing advanced technical support, and contributing to various IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of onboarding and termination procedures, ensuring accurate setup, license assignments, and records maintenance following IT Operations processes.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to operating systems, including performance, configuration, and compatibility problems.
• Play an integral role in IT projects, leveraging your expertise to contribute effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in writing scripts to automate routine IT Operations tasks, enhancing team efficiency.
• Bring advanced skills in Systems Integration to ensure seamless data flow through a variety of technologies
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards, ensuring adherence.
• Customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements through the setup menu, including fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules.
• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and service performance, and sharing them with relevant stakeholders.
• Configuring and maintaining integrations with other systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth information flow.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bring 5+ years of practical experience in advanced IT support or a similar role.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (including Service Cloud) - Mandatory
• Proficient in Ubuntu/Windows systems, software installation, and advanced troubleshooting of software/hardware issues.
• Proven ability to write scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automating routine IT Operations tasks.
• Expertise in Systems Integration, ensuring seamless data flow through technologies like SSO, SAML, SCIM, and APIs.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 27001 requirements and compliances such as SOC 2 and GDPR.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Freshservice ticketing system.
• Knowledge of CrowdStrike and familiarity with Jump cloud/Windows Active Directory and its policies.
• Understanding of MDM (Mobile Device Management) Tools.
• Familiarity with Epicor.
• Knowledge of ITIL 4 framework.
• Certification in AWS and Azure
