What’s this role about?

Auvik’s foundation has been built on the strength of our MSP partnerships, and now we’re ready to take that to the next level.

As MSP Sales Manager, you won’t just lead a team, you’ll help evolve a go-to-market engine that’s already been a cornerstone of our success. You’ll be responsible for hiring, developing, and empowering a team of Account Executives who are experts in the MSP space. But beyond quota and pipeline, your work will focus on building a next-generation partner experience — one that moves us from selling to MSPs to helping them grow their businesses through Auvik.

This role is ideal for a builder — someone who thrives at the intersection of sales leadership, partner strategy, and GTM design. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our MSP program, influencing partner terms, and co-designing scalable enablement content that helps MSPs drive net-new revenue streams.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on the MSP segment — including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Drive accountability to quota and pipeline health, with precision forecasting and funnel management.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for commercial negotiations, supporting your team with strategic positioning and creative deal structuring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our MSP program, helping define how we go beyond transactional sales into value-based partnerships.
  • Co-develop technical and sales enablement resources to help MSPs use Auvik as a growth engine for their own business.
  • Contribute to the design of a tech-touch partner experience, enabling scalable support for MSPs through digital and self-serve channels.
  • Lead with insight during weekly forecast and strategy reviews, pushing your team to think critically and own their outcomes.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven success as a sales leader, with 3+ years managing Account Executives and driving team quota attainment.
  • Deep experience or familiarity with selling into the Managed Services Provider (MSP) ecosystem.
  • A builder’s mindset — you see process gaps and program white space as opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of creative deal negotiation and partner-centric selling.
  • Mastery in coaching repeatable sales processes and instilling accountability across your team.
  • A natural cross-functional collaborator, capable of influencing product, marketing, and success teams to align around partner growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort engaging at all levels of partner organizations.
