This is a remote position.

Join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and become a key driver of our growth strategy. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our reach and impact by connecting with potential customers and articulating the value of our products/services. With your expertise in Software as a Service (SAAS) sales and proficiency in sales tools, you will make a tangible difference to our sales pipeline.

Your Impact:

Create New Opportunities:
Utilize outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate valuable leads and opportunities.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion of our customer base and market presence.


Qualify Leads Effectively:
Evaluate inbound leads to identify promising prospects and ensure they are directed to the appropriate channels within our sales organization.
Your meticulous qualification process will optimize our sales efforts and maximize conversion rates.


Identify Key Decision-Makers:
Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within our target accounts, enabling our team to engage with the right stakeholders.
Your insights will facilitate strategic engagement and strengthen our relationships with potential customers.


Develop Accounts, Collaboratively:
Work closely with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic account plans, leveraging your insights to drive meaningful conversations and opportunities.
Your collaborative approach will enhance our ability to tailor solutions to customer needs and preferences.

Efficient Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the sales team.
Your attention to detail will enhance our ability to track progress, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.


Requirements

  • Proven Sales Success: With 1-2 years of experience in SAAS sales, you have a track record of success in driving revenue and exceeding targets.

  • Tech Savvy: Your familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Seamless, Reply, and CRM systems enables you to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.

  • Effective Communication in both French and English: Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build rapport quickly and effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings.

  • Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you are adaptable and agile, able to pivot strategies and priorities to meet evolving business needs.

  • Results-Driven: Self-motivated and driven to succeed, you consistently strive to exceed quotas and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
