As we expand our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Executive who can become a specialist in GAP Selling and follows the principles of Grant Cardone to join our sales force.

Position Overview: As an Account Executive at Autocorp.AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by implementing the principles of GAP Selling and leveraging the dynamic sales strategies advocated by Grant Cardone. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing your pipeline, and closing deals. The successful candidate will possess or develop a deep understanding of GAP Selling methodologies, Grant Cardone's sales philosophy, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Utilize GAP Selling techniques to identify and qualify potential clients.
    • Implement Grant Cardone's strategies to create a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Collaborate with Sales Operations Manager to optimize lead generation efforts.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments using GAP Selling principles to understand prospects challenges and goals.
    • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Grant Cardone's sales methods in prospect interactions.
  2. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

    • Develop compelling presentations aligned with GAP Selling principles and Grant Cardone's sales tactics.
    • Conduct effective negotiations to close deals, overcoming objections using proven techniques.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and refine sales strategies.
  3. Sales Process Optimization:

    • Continuously refine and improve the sales process based on GAP Selling and Grant Cardone's teachings.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure forecasting accuracy in order to meet your quota.
    • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.


  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successfully navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the Automotive Industry and a passion for staying at the forefront of sales innovations.


Education and Experience:

  • Understanding or eagerness to learn about Grant Cardone and GAP Selling techniques.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of success.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field is preferred but not required, providing a strong foundation for success.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving extraordinary results.
  • Self Awareness and openness to Coaching techniques.
