This is a full-time, permanent role on our Creative team.
Why We Need You:
In our Photo & Video Production team, we are expanding our in-house studio to support a growing volume of product launches. We need a Studio Interior Designer to transform creative direction into high-quality, camera-ready environments that bring our brand to life.
This fits into our larger goal of improving the customer experience through consistent, aspirational visual storytelling. By designing sets that perfectly balance style with merchandising goals, you ensure our products look their best across every digital and retail channel.
In your first few months, you’ll master our brand standards and begin collaborating with Art Directors to develop floorplans and set designs. Within a year, you’ll be confidently owning the end-to-end execution of interior and exterior sets, proactively solving production challenges and upholding our level of excellence on every shoot.

What You’ll Do:
Design & Creative Vision
- Design & Curate: Create stylish, camera-ready interior and exterior sets for e-commerce and marketing productions.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all design concepts reflect the brand’s style segments and support seasonal storytelling.
- Visual Strategy: Curate product pairings that enhance cross-category merchandising and drive customer interest.
- Drafting: Develop detailed floorplans and elevation drawings to communicate production needs clearly.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with Art Directors, Photographers, and Stylists to ensure seamless set execution.
- Hands-on Installation: Lead and participate in the physical setup and installation of studio environments.
- Concept Presentation: Articulate creative visions and the rationale behind design decisions with confidence to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address on-set challenges with creative, diplomatic, and organized solutions.
- Logistics & Tracking: Maintain rigorous product lists to ensure all items are accounted for during shoot planning.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the full product assortment and any upcoming catalog changes.
- Quality Control: Uphold high creative standards and consistent processes across every project.
Who You Are:
- Proven Background: 2–4+ years of experience in interior design or a related creative field.
- Spatial Design Expertise: A strong foundation in spatial planning and design principles.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in design and visualization tools (e.g., CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Production Savvy: Experience working in a fast-paced production or studio environment is a major asset.
- Location: Must be able to work in-person at our Vancouver HQ.
- Design Intuition: An excellent eye for style and a deep understanding of commercial and design trends.
- Strategic Thinker: Able to balance creative vision with practical merchandising and business goals.
- Project Pro: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Clear Communicator: Confident in presenting ideas and both giving and receiving constructive creative feedback.
- Problem Solver: Adaptable and resourceful, with a solutions-oriented approach to on-set challenges.
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Completion of criminal background check

- The salary range is $70,000 to $83,000
- Starting salary is determined by your transferable skills, knowledge, work experience, and the hiring team’s budget, which is based on business needs, market compensation data, and internal equity
