- Non-technical, traditional requirements and documentation gathering BA roles
- You won’t be writing user stories for technical people and managing a backlog
- You are not a Project coordinator in disguise; this isn't a role where your primary output is a meeting minute or a project timeline

What You’ll Do:
- Support the delivery of analytics and reporting that inform business and customer decisions
- Translate business questions into clear data requests and reporting needs
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports
- Identify trends and patterns in operational and customer data
- Partner with senior analysts to investigate performance and recommend improvements
- Help improve data quality, document metrics, and reporting logic
- Share insights through dashboards, summaries, and stakeholder conversations
- Contribute to team workflows and continuously build your analytical skills
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across eCommerce experiences
- Turn ambiguous business questions into structured experiments and analysis plans
- Deliver clear, actionable insights that explain what changed and what to do next
- Apply advanced methods when testing is not feasible (e.g., causal inference, holdouts)
- Build and maintain scalable data models and analytical frameworks
- Work with large datasets to produce reliable, reproducible analysis
- Develop and support AI-powered analytics tools and automated reporting
- Improve AI output quality through prompt design, guardrails, and monitoring
- Partner with teams to align insights with business decisions
- Document workflows, assumptions, and best practices to scale team knowledge
Who You Are:
- Junior BA (Business Ops) should have 1-2 years of professional experience (Retail Domain)
- Intermediate BA (Business Ops) should have 3-5 years of professional experience (Supply Chain/Logistics Domain)
- Intermediate BA (Data Ops) should have 3-5 years of professional experience (Strong experience in Experimentation)
- Legally able to work in Canada (up to FULL TIME HOURS year-round/ no Student VISA)
- Completion of a criminal background check
- Tech skills:
- Databricks, or similar
- Basic SQL Knowledge: You can write SQL queries without using an LLM
- AI literacy, you’ll be expected to go beyond prompting
- Basic coding, like scripting in Python, would be nice

- The junior salary range is $70,000 to $80,000
- The intermediate salary range is $95,000 to $103,000
- Starting salary is determined by your transferable skills, knowledge, work experience, and the hiring team’s budget, which is based on business needs, market compensation data, and internal equity
