Why We Need You:
In our Photo & Video Production team, we’re expanding our in-house studio capacity to support a growing volume of product launches and creative work.
We’re hiring two Set Stylists on 12-month fixed-term contracts to help scale our output while maintaining strong visual consistency and brand standards.
This role supports our broader goal of delivering inspiring, accurate product imagery that improves the customer experience and strengthens our brand.

You’ll do all this while growing your skills within a company redefining the furniture industry.
Our team creates high-quality photography and video that supports eCommerce, marketing, and brand storytelling. We work closely with Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to produce imagery that is both visually compelling and true to life.
We are a hybrid team — you'll be in the office at least 3 days per week but often up to 5.

What You’ll Do
Set Styling & Execution
- Style sets, props, and environments that align with brand guidelines and creative direction
- Translate creative briefs into cohesive, on-brand visual compositions
- Arrange furniture, props, and set elements to support both photo and video shoots
- Ensure consistency in styling across shoots to maintain brand continuity
- Prepare and reset sets quickly to support a high volume of production
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of studio spaces
- Manage and organize the in-house prop library
- Support mood boards, prop pulls, and set planning
- Identify gaps in prop inventory and recommend sourcing needs
- Coordinate with external vendors such as florists or rental houses when needed
- Work closely with photographers, art directors, producers, and stylists to execute concepts
- Communicate clearly and contribute to a solutions-focused environment
- Troubleshoot styling challenges and adapt quickly to changes in direction or schedule
- Handle hands-on styling tasks such as steaming linens, hanging art, arranging florals, and maintaining set details
- Ensure all styled environments are clean, polished, and ready for capture
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in set styling, prop styling, or a related role
- Experience in eCommerce or commercial studio environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of composition, color, texture, and spatial design
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines
- Strong attention to detail in both large setups and small finishing touches
- Familiarity with studio workflows and production processes
- Experience sourcing props or working with external vendors is a plus
- You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- You’re adaptable and can problem-solve quickly on set
- You enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable lifting and moving props as needed
- You collaborate well and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
- Experience in high-volume, in-house studio environments
- Background in visual merchandising, interior styling, or art direction
- Experience supporting video productions
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Completion of a criminal background check
- Ability to travel across Canada and the United States for off-site shoots, as needed

- The salary range is $65,000 to $85,000. The starting salary will be determined by your transferable skills, knowledge, work experience, and the hiring team’s budget, which is based on business needs, market compensation data, and internal equity
