Why We Need You:
In IT Services, we support a growing and distributed team across corporate offices, retail stores, logistics facilities, and our Vietnam office. This role helps ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and easy to use day to day. Your first year will be 70% "reactive" work -ticket volume will be high certain days so you need ot be strong at triage. The other 30% of your time will be working on proactive projects to help the IT ecosystem improve for the company.
This role plays a key part in strengthening our endpoint environment, supporting new site launches, and contributing to projects that make our technology more resilient and adaptable as we grow.
Within your first few months, you’ll get up to speed on our systems, take ownership of your ticket queue, and begin contributing to small projects and improvements. In your first year, you’ll be confidently managing endpoints, leading small initiatives, and helping shape how IT Services operates across the business.

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and resolve endpoint, SaaS, identity, and basic network issues across offices, retail stores, logistics sites, and remote teams
- Manage your ticket queue end to end, delivering timely, high-quality support while meeting SLAs and improving the user experience
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, access provisioning, and asset tracking
- Manage and maintain a fleet of 600+ Mac and Windows devices using JumpCloud and NinjaOne
- Own device lifecycle management, including deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and replacements
- Administer identity and access management, including user provisioning, permissions, and access reviews
- Lead small projects and contribute to system rollouts, deployments, and continuous improvements
- Support new store and facility launches through onsite or remote setup, configuration, and readiness
- Maintain IT assets across their full lifecycle, from procurement to retirement
- Create and improve documentation, workflows, and knowledge base articles to support team efficiency and consistency
Who You Are:
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong experience supporting endpoint devices, including Mac and Windows environments
- Solid understanding of SaaS applications, cloud-based tools, and modern device management
- Experience with identity and access management, including user provisioning and access controls
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals such as VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and DNS
- Practical understanding of security best practices, including endpoint protection and access management
- Hardware: Apple MacBooks, Lenovo, HP, Fortinet, Zebra, Logitech, Shopify POS, Verkada
- Software: Google Workspace, JumpCloud, AWS, NinjaOne, SentinelOne, Torii, Talkdesk, Slack, Office365, Adobe Suite, Freshworks, Tableau, Shopify
- You are adaptable and resilient, able to manage changing priorities and solve problems proactively
- You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and know when to escalate
- You communicate clearly and work well with people across different teams and environments
- You stay organized, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working across office, retail, and warehouse environments, as well as supporting remote teams
- Available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for after-hours or weekend support when needed
- Able to travel within Canada and the United States as needed to support site launches, projects, or on-site support
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs, with or without accommodation
- Must be certified or able to obtain certification to safely operate a scissor lift
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Must complete a criminal background check
