Hi there, we’re Article. 👋 Since 2013, we've been creating remarkably better furniture experiences one sofa at a time. As a Drayage Driver, you will transport freight containers, perform drop-and-hook movements between ports, and assist in the warehouse when needed.

What You'll Do:
- Haul freight containers secured to chassis but may haul dry van trailers
- Drop and hook container movements
- Daily scheduled routes
- Minimum 40 hour work week
- Warehouse work as needed
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Provide professional and friendly customer engagement and communication.
- Safely transport containers with our furniture to our warehouse.
- Reliable, flexible schedule, and have the ability to meet the demands of the business with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently or with little supervision.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL A driver’s license, and have a clean driving record
- Legally able to work in the US
- Pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, DOT physical, and pre-employment DOT Drug Screen.
- Must have a TWIC card**
- Must be physically fit and able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- 3+ years of CDL A driving experience
- Climb/step up into a truck cab
- Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations (Hours of Service)
