You'll be a key part of the LMS implementation process, liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a successful implementation. Then you'll help with transitioning our eLearning courses to Articulate Rise format, and upload, test, and organize eLearning courses, all while ensuring seamless transition and functionality.
- We have a team of two, you'll be our third. Our Head of P&C actually comes from a Talent & Development background -as a result, building talent is key for our People Strategy.
- We are a hybrid team - you'll be in the office 3 days per week.
- In-office days are Tuesday and Thursday, and the third day is flexible for you to choose.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with PMO, IT and vendor to ensure the successful implementation of the new system
- Serve as the primary contact for LMS-related inquiries and provide timely support to employees and managers.
- Escalate complex technical issues to IT or the LMS vendor while ensuring users are kept informed.
- Administrate and maintain the LMS, including user account creation, role assignments, and system configurations.
- Upload, test, and organize eLearning courses, ensuring seamless delivery and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS in collaboration with IT or external vendors.
- Manage system updates, new feature rollouts, and integrations with other platforms.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Regularly update and enhance eLearning modules to keep content fresh and aligned with changing needs.
- Ensure all training materials are accessible, user-friendly, and compliant.
- Generate reports on training completion rates, user engagement, and course effectiveness for the L&D team.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing training programs (high-level).
- Create dashboards or visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Perform testing of eLearning courses and LMS configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Maintain consistent naming conventions, file organization, and tagging within the LMS.
- Review all reports, content, and system changes for accuracy before release.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years’ experience creating eLearning in a corporate environment
- 2+ experience in learning management systems administration and eLearning authoring tools
- Knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles
- Experience with Articulate Rise is an asset
- Familiarity with evaluating training results
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, remote environment
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Gsuite
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Completion of criminal background check

- The expected salary is $61,000 to $72,000. The actual base pay can increase beyond this range and will be based on various factors, including transferable skills, training and certifications, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
