This is where you come in, as a Quality Insights Specialist, you'll gather and present insights that pertain to the quality of Articles product. With the goal of continuously improving the quality that we promise to our customers.

In our continuous effort to bring the best quality products to our customers, we are hiring x2 Quality Insights Specialists. You'll be pulling data from multiple sources, and organizing it in a digestable manner to present to our Category Management team who then make action plans to correct any deficiencies. This role will have a direct impact on improving customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
- Track and review quality data, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports on quality trends, defects, and improvements
- Conduct risk assessments based on established criteria, and present recommended action plans to stakeholders
- Complete risk assessments, arrange for additional validation as required such as arranging for additional inspections or product testing with the support of the larger team
- Provide coordination support for improvement actions and projects as required
- Submit tickets to BIA to request minor updates to dashboards, or to flag data issues
- Follow-up with in-country teams to review the progress of quality improvement projects and to hand off projects (as required)
- Collaborate with internal team and cross-functional stakeholders on process improvements, SOPs, and other projects
- Ensure we continue to meet the requirements of our internal customers and work on corrective actions or improvements to services as required if service falls below expectations
Who You Are:
- Previous experience in an Analyst-type role at a product-based company is an asset
- Exposure to Tableau (your day-to-day tool) and strong Excel/Google Sheet skills are essential in this role
- Ability to create reports analyze data, and pull actionable insights
- Ability to conduct risk assessments - the details are important
- Effective cross-functional communication skills, and comfortable presenting to senior management
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and implement solutions
- The business moves quickly, so you must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Completion of criminal background check

- The expected salary is $65,000 to $69,000. The actual base pay can increase beyond this range and will be based on various factors, including transferable skills, training and certifications, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
