We envision a world that leverages every watt of power, enabled by elegant engineering that sets the global standard for safe power distribution.

We're on a mission to be the global standard in safe and efficient DC power distribution, across a comprehensive ecosystem of low voltage and fault managed power products. By joining our team, you’ll be part of a dynamic group shaping the future of electrical power distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Drive predictability in product cycles, translating complex R&D initiatives into reliable delivery schedules for stakeholders.

Product Lifecycle & Compliance

  • Own product lifecycle management (PLM) and program management frameworks from concept to commercialization.
  • Oversee product compliance and certification lifecycle management, including UL and regulatory standards.
  • Incorporate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and design for scalability principles into product requirements, working closely with operations and supply chain managers.

Stakeholder Alignment & IP

  • Drive cross-functional stakeholder communication and alignment across the organization.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and updates to leadership, translating complex product execution to executive audiences.
  • Assist with SR&ED technical documentation and reporting to maximize R&D capital.
  • Participate in Intellectual Property (IP) creation and management as new product features are developed.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management within a hardware & software product company.
  • Deep knowledge of product compliance, certification, and regulatory standards, ideally in products for lighting, telecom, and data center markets.
  • Hands-on experience with PLM and program management frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of DFM with experience taking prototype products to mass manufacturing.
  • Exceptional communication skills—highly capable of translating complex technical concepts to executive audiences and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating with agility in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Familiarity with IP management is a plus.
