We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Technical Growth Marketer to own and drive our digital and content marketing strategy. You will be a key driver of customer acquisition, market positioning, and brand awareness - building the foundation for Cence’s expansion and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
- Develop, maintain, and enhance technical product collateral (spec sheets, manuals, videos, calculators, competitor matrix).
- Craft compelling case studies, update brand guidelines, and ensure all collateral is aligned with our evolving story.
- Build a schedule of “announcables” for lighting agents and our manufacturer reps to promote product launches and updates.
- Develop the “Digital Current” narrative (safety, efficiency, and carbon neutrality) and integrate it into campaigns.
- Technical Blog Post writing
Website & SEO
- Oversee and maintain our Webflow website; ensure content accuracy, performance, and responsiveness.
- Implement and execute SEO, including SEO silos, technical blog posts, FAQs, and landing page optimization.
- Develop and maintain webpages for reps (where to buy) and compatible fixtures.
- Drive website traffic and improve conversion rates through A/B testing, UX improvements, and data-driven insights.
Campaigns & Outreach
- Build and manage a mailing list / email marketing program for updates, product releases, and event invitations.
- Coordinate LinkedIn posts, guest posts, and other collaborative content (colabs) to extend Cence’s digital reach.
- Work with Sales to develop slide decks for tradeshows, sales presentations, and product training sessions.
Brand Positioning & Go-To-Market Support
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and execute GTM strategies for new and existing products.
- Support campaigns focused on cleanroom lighting, Title 24 compliance, DC-coupled lighting, remote lighting drivers, PoE lighting and media converters, dim-to-warm lighting, knob-and-tube wiring conversions, and healthcare lighting.
- Identify and monitor competitors; perform competitor analysis to shape messaging and inform marketing decisions.
PR
- Manage press releases to drive brand awareness and highlight major announcements.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in cleantech, power distribution, or related hardware/technology environments.
- Proven track record of driving digital marketing growth and creating high-performing campaigns.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an asset.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and data-driven marketing tactics.
- Experience managing digital assets and content management systems (Webflow preferred).
- Exceptional written and visual storytelling ability.
- Comfort working with technical product teams and translating engineering concepts into accessible content.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, CRM systems).

What We Offer
- Annual starting salary of $70,000–$95,000 (based on experience and skillset).
