Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Developer, Engineering Services to be part of making that happen.

About the Role

As an R&D Lab Support Administrator, you will be working with the other members of the R&D TAS team to support the labs and systems within the organization. This role will be responsible for administration, configuration and support of many of our labs systems in use by R&D and Product teams. This role will work closely with R&D and Product departments to provide stellar support for our internal customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and document R&D Labs owned by the team.
  • Review existing systems to ensure they are deployed following current best practices
  • Work with R&D teams to design and build new labs
  • Build automation and tooling to assist with management of labs systems
  • Identify, triage and drive support requests to resolution
  • Attend daily standup meetings to give updates, seek guidance and collaboration
  • Work with team members to achieve SLOs

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-4 Years of Administration experience with Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Okta, VMware vSphere, GCP, AWS and Azure
  • Proficient understanding of Linux, Windows, macOS
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash
  • Desire to automate all deployments with Infrastucture-as-Code tooling such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts including the layers 1-3 of the OSI model, as well as protocols like DHCP, DNS, IPsec and SSL/TLS
  • Must operate with a “security first” mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment
  • Must have strong work ethic with good time management skills

  • Self-starter, driven to succeed
