Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative (Spanish Speaking) to be a part of making that happen.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility for growth in a working environment, experience working with customers to meet their needs while driving growth, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a set of customers who utilize a specific set of Arctic Wolf's products
  • Achieving renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling techniques
  • Delivering a high level of customer service through frequent touchpoints, intaking feedback and delivering to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Identifying sales opportunities for customers by positioning additional service offerings
  • Effectively negotiating transactions through effective planning and developing plans for future growth with both internal and external customers. This includes leveraging solid domain and product knowledge to facilitate interest in Arctic Wolf cross-sell opportunities.
  • Creating and managing automated processes to effectively forecast and communicate with at-risk customers.
  • Managing and nurturing customer relationships through a strategic partner sales process
  • Working in a rapidly changing and transparent team environment


Skills and Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • 1+ years of demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in a technology organization.
  • Business development, lead generation, and outbound calling experience strongly desired
  • The ability to be flexible and work collaboratively with many stakeholders in a rapidly changing environment is required
  • Bachelor’s degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
  • Aptitude for technology, knowledge of spreadsheet and Salesforce utilization
  • Fanatical devotion to customer service, business quality, and data security
  • The ideal candidate thinks out-of-the-box and energizes others with passion, quality, and commitment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills
  • This position is based in our Eden Prairie, MN office and will require team members work from our corporate office
  • Up to 25% travel may be required

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of and/or experience Account Management tools (Gainsight, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills working in a professional environment
  • Strong collaboration and team building skills
  • Ability to collaborate, interpret and communicate initiatives quickly and with confidence
