Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Director, Product – Human Risk & Security Awareness to join our Managed Awareness team to be part of making that happen.
About the Role
The Director, Product is accountable for developing, driving, and evangelizing the product roadmap and strategy for Managed Awareness while driving cross-functional alignment via detailed requirements and prioritized development.
As the Director, Product, your key responsibilities include:
Work closely with leadership, customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business problems, requirements, and use cases and define initiatives and themes aligned to business goals.
Work with leadership and other product managers to develop and maintain a 3-12 month comprehensive and prioritized roadmap across multiple teams supported by market intelligence and competitive analysis that is aligned with product and service objectives.
Guide product managers and lead where necessary in effective backlog grooming and prioritization activities to align work with group and business goals and objectives.
Capture, document, and communicate detailed initiative and theme objectives and high-level solution components and priorities with and to leadership and other stakeholders.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and customer-facing functions (e.g. Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, S2) to support the launch of product features, products, and services.
Supervise and mentor geographically diverse product managers providing day to day guidance and support, ongoing performance feedback, career development planning, goal and objective setting and execution, skills development, and overall growth.
Build collaborative relationships with other teams and stakeholders within the organization.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
10+ years’ SaaS/B2B enterprise product management experience (with end-user PM experience highly desired)
Must have experience working in cybersecurity, human risk management and/or security awareness
Experience working agile engineering teams
Hands-on technical background early in your career or in a technical discipline is ideal
Must have a BS/BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science/IT, or Science.
Desire and willingness to learn (a lot of) new stuff.
Excellent communication skills – at all organization levels
Must be a strong leader. At least 3-5 years’ direct management experience.
Must be able to travel in the US – at least 10%-20%.
