Location: HQ - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA (Hybrid role, 3-days a week in office)
About the Role
The Lead Sales Operations Administrator plays a key role in owning and improving our quote to cash/order process by acting as a player/coach to the Sales Operations team in the following functions: maintaining data integrity between systems and aligning our internal processes and documentation thereof to allow scalability for rapid growth. Collaborates with legal, finance and internal sales team to refine our processes and advocate for efficiency.
Responsibilities
Trusted coach and mentor for the sales operations team
Provide leadership in defining, mapping, and documenting key sales operations process between opportunity creation and order entry in Salesforce.com
Help drive complex, strategic projects to improve visibility and streamline existing processes
Troubleshoot gaps and build relationships to solve cross-functional challenges
Identify, lead, and take part in high-profile projects
Act independently with general high-level direction
Work with Business and Sales Operations to ensure systems work is coordinated between internal stakeholders
Coordinate and oversee month-end order processing activities
Guide the onboarding/training of new Sales Operations team members and ensure they are on track for success
Champion the continued training and resource development required for the success of the Sales Operations team
Respond to sales rep and partner inquiries related to quotes, orders, and invoices
Partner with finance and sales on customer inquiries related to order or invoice issues
Provide accurate and timely reporting and visibility to contract/order information
Who You Are

Excellent MS Office skills
Minimum Qualifications
5 + years previous relevant experience
Prior experience working with subscriptions and contracts
Salesforce.com and/or CPQ quoting experience a plus
Prior experience working with partner or channel partners
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree
