Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Security Services Content Developer to be part of making this happen.

About the role:
Arctic Wolf is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Training Content Developer to join support our rapidly growing security services around the world. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, creation, and maintenance of training materials and documentation. This role involves creating engaging content for various learning formats, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and microlearning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive, up-to-date training materials and documentation focused on internal tools and processes while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity principles, trends, and best practices.

  • Design and create engaging content for various learning formats, including instructor-led training sessions, e-learning modules, and microlearning resources.

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in R&D, Product Management, and Security Services to ensure accuracy and completeness of training.

  • Ensure training materials comply with industry standards and guidelines while being adaptable to different skill levels and learning styles.

  • Update and revise existing training content to reflect the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and techniques.

  • Earn and maintain ‘Certified’ status within Security Services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing training materials within the cybersecurity domain.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including network security, ethical hacking, risk management, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

  • Experience in using various authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent would be a plus
