About the Role

Arctic Wolf Networks is seeking a self-motivated, flexible and technology-oriented sales team member with strong communication skills, for the role of National Channel Account Manager. Our hardworking team is passionate about delivering personal, predictable protection from cybersecurity threats, freeing customer IT resources to focus on other priority initiatives. We are a six-year-old, well-funded start-up led by a Silicon Valley founder with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the development of partner sales programs, net new customer accounts, partner training/enablement, and engagement plans and processes to achieve specific product and revenue targets within national partners.

  • Provide executive engagement to senior leaders within our national partners

  • Coach team members and the wider sales organization on channel sales skills that help empower our partner sales and marketing teams and ensure they are well position to advocate, sell and support our services

  • Execute the Arctic Wolf Channel Program

  • Work closely with the Channel Director and Sales Management to ensure the strategic sales goals of the region are delivered through our national partners

  • Work closely with the Sales Managers to engage the channel community and ensure each segment is able to meet and exceed targets through national partner generated activity.

  • Provide forecasts on partner performance including monthly Deal Reg, Annual Recurring Revenue and Upsell performance

  • Report monthly and quarterly; on all lead development of co/joint sales/marketing programs, events, etc

  • Work with Channel Operations to implement and manage processes that ensure national partner success

  • Design national partner incentive plans to align national partners with the goals of Arctic Wolf

Who You Are

  • Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems

  • Strong Negotiation skills

  • Strong Presentation skills

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

  • Excellent telephone communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a team selling environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in channel/partner development and management

  • Proven experience of managing national channel partners in a technology environment

  • Experience in facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for national channel partners

  • Knowledge of software/services channel ecosystems

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Previous technology, SaaS, Cloud-based, and/or Security sector experience

  • Previous direct selling or field marketing experience a plus
